Passed MBBS from Calicut Medical College and MD (Psychiatry) from Central Institute of Psychiatry, Ranchi. Currently works as Consultant Psychiatrist at St. Thomas Hospital, Changanacherry. Editor of Indian Journal of Psychological Medicine. Was the editor of Kerala Journal of Psychiatry and the co-editor of the book “A Primer of Research, Publication and Presentation” published by Indian Psychiatric Society. Has published more than ten articles in international psychiatry journals. Awarded the Certificate of Excellence for Best Case Presentation in Annual National Conference of Indian Association of Private Psychiatry in 2013. Was elected for the Early Career Psychiatrist Program of Asian Federation of Psychiatric Societies, held in Colombo in 2013. Was recommended by Indian Psychiatric Society to attend the Young Health Professionals Tract at the International Congress of World Psychiatric Association held in Bucharest, Romania, in 2015.
